I AM ORDINARY. WHY DO I NEED A WILL?

I am an Ordinary lady who has a 7 years old child and has since divorced with my ex-husband. I learnt that under Singapore Law , if I did not state my wish for a Guardian for my minor child upon my demise , my ex-husband will be his default caretaker . I knew my ex-husband well and I know he will not be the best caretaker for my son. I used to think Wills and Trusts are for the rich and famous. I never know it can be so easy to set up and the price Andrew quoted me is very reasonable.
